Q. What is a “ghost”?

A.A ghost energy is like an energetic impulse, a residual energy, left behind, of how a person was or how they felt and thought about themselves in their life. Not to be confused with a spirit.

Q. What do you mean “earthbound”?

A.A spirit or a ghost energy that for whatever reason has stayed on the earth plane.

Q. What is the difference between a “ghost”, and “a spirit or soul”?

A. The spirit or soul lives on when the mortal body dies, it is seen as the true self, our essence. This is not to be confused with ghost energy as that is residual energy of a person or animal that has died. It can appear as an apparition or be experienced by the other senses.

Q. Then what is the difference between an entity and a ghost?

A. As I use the terms, they are interchangable.

Q. What is a “consciousness”?

A. A consciousness is the thoughtforms and emotions that get absorbed by inanimate objects and materials that surround our human existence, especially buildings and the earth. They can be negative involving anger,fear,superiority,or jealousy etc, or positive with feelings of calmness, peace, joy,or stillness etc

Q. Can you explain “crossing over”?

A. This happens after death, and by many accounts of near death experiences, the soul is drawn to a bright light

Q. Will releasing a ghost hurt me?

A. Most people feel a sense of lightness or relief. If the ghost has produced symptoms of tightness, pain or heaviness then they will clear. I have not experienced anyone suffering pain from a ghost moving on, though I've had the occasional report of it feeling like the body is getting ride of something.

Q. How would I know if there is a ghost or consciousness?

A. Every situation is different. Every ghost shows up in a different way. Here are some of the signs:

• Unexplained fear when it appears nothing is different
• Loss of personal energy - like the plug being pulled
• Unexplainable health issues
• Shadows moving
• Sounds, thumping, foot steps, doors closing.
• Computers become unhelpful
• Smells that can’t be cleaned away
• Problems with building projects
• Unsaleable house
• Used furniture or jewellery that you don’t wear or use despite actually enjoying or liking it's appearance.
• Feeling like you are being watched even when you are alone
• Feeling confusion; like having two minds (as the consciousness of the ghost is merged with your own).
